We arrange the movement of commercial freight by sea, air and road — planning the route, booking the carriage, preparing the documentation, and holding the whole thing together from collection through to delivery.
A forwarder does not own the ships, the aircraft or the trucks. What it owns is the plan: which mode, which routing, which schedule, and who is responsible at each handover. Done well, none of that is visible to you. Done badly, it becomes a series of phone calls you should never have had to make.
So we work as a single point of coordination — one place to ask, and one party accountable for the answer.
